Sending a contact-form message, email, or AI Advisor prompt does not create a customer relationship, consultancy engagement, confidentiality obligation, partnership, or other contract with Apogears.

Any paid services, deliverables, prices, schedules, warranties, intellectual-property arrangements, data-processing terms, and other project conditions must be agreed separately in writing by authorised representatives. The "Ask Our AI Advisor" feature is an automated artificial-intelligence system. It generates a response from the text submitted by the user and is intended only to help users explore which Apogears service areas may be relevant.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsuitable, or out of date. They do not represent a human review, professional assessment, quotation, proposal, security audit, technical design, or commitment by Apogears.

Neither the website nor the AI Advisor provides legal, financial, tax, medical, regulatory, employment, cybersecurity, safety, or other professional advice. Do not rely on website or AI-generated content as the sole basis for a material technical, commercial, security, legal, or financial decision.

You are responsible for independently checking important information and obtaining qualified human advice appropriate to your circumstances before acting on it.

You are responsible for information submitted through the contact form or AI Advisor. You confirm that you have the right to provide it and that its processing for the requested communication or AI response does not violate law or another person's rights.

Do not submit passwords, authentication secrets, payment-card data, special-category personal data, export-controlled information, malicious code, source code you are not authorised to disclose, trade secrets, or confidential information belonging to you or another person.

The website and its original text, design, branding, logos, graphics, videos, software, and other materials are owned by Apogears or used under licence and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for legitimate internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit a substantial part of the website without prior written permission, except where mandatory law permits it.

Third-party names, logos, products, and technologies remain the property of their respective owners.
